Which Ford models have the Ford 4500 RDS?

The 4500 RDS-EON was fitted from about 2000 to 2008 to the Transit Mk6 and Transit Connect, Fiesta Mk6, Focus Mk1 (facelift), Mondeo Mk3, Fusion, Ka Mk1, Puma and Cougar.
